That is up to you. The instructions, concepts and ideas, can be explained in one or two coaching phone calls. The challenge is application because the teachings are often counter intuitive and paradoxical.  Hence, some clients need a bit more coaching for application.

Yes. We can help all people and all cultures. For language differences, we use an online translator.
